By subscribing to Cronus Zen Hub and using our digital products, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products & Subscription
1.1 Subscription Plans
Cronus Zen Hub operates on a subscription-based model. Depending on your selected plan, you’ll receive access to a curated library of scripts. Higher-tier subscriptions offer premium scripts and additional content.
1.2 Product Format
All products are provided as digital .GPC script files, intended for use with the Cronus Zen device. Access is valid for the duration of your active subscription and will be revoked upon cancellation or failed payment.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Sharing login information is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account without reimbursement.
2.2 License & Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the scripts. You may not:
Copy, alter, or reverse-engineer scripts
Resell, redistribute, or share scripts
Use scripts for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refunds
Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or improper usage.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds or prorated credits. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All scripts, content, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cronus Zen Hub. Subscriptions provide limited, personal-use rights only.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not tamper with, modify, or distribute any scripts. Unauthorized sharing or reselling will result in permanent account termination without refund.
5. Service Availability & Updates
5.1 Platform Access
We aim to maintain consistent service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or updates may occasionally cause downtime.
5.2 Script Updates
Scripts may be updated to reflect changes in games or improve functionality. However, ongoing compatibility with all future game updates is not guaranteed.
6. Account Termination
6.1 Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:
These Terms are violated
Scripts are leaked, shared, or misused
Fraudulent activity or chargebacks occur
Login details are shared or unauthorized access is detected
6.2 No Refunds Upon Termination
Accounts terminated for violations will not receive refunds. All access to scripts and resources will be revoked.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Guarantees
Our products are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee functionality in all scenarios or guarantee error-free operation.
7.2 Limited Liability
Cronus Zen Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products.
8. Changes to These Terms
8.1 Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
